Our Response to Covid-19

Continuity of services and safety of our team top priorities

We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our team, customers and stakeholders in this uncertain time.

Roborigger is operating as usual and strictly adhering to the guidelines by the Western Australian government for business and industry regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus.


How is Roborigger continuing to support your business?

  • Our team continues to be available to answer any enquiries on Roborigger products via our website, phone and email.
  • All Roborigger documentation and information regarding your Roborigger lease and training is available on Roborigger Extranet platform. If you need help with access, please contact us.
  • We have service representatives in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide who are able to support you locally if required.
  • Only if and when necessary, we are available to attend meetings in Perth (will be updated weekly as required).

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our team

  • Our team have been advised against travelling outside of WA and they are required to self-quarantine if they feel sick, or have come in contact with someone who has travelled, contracted Coronavirus, or is now quarantined due to being in contact with a person with Coronavirus.
  • We do not have a mandatory work from home policy at present but personnel may elect to work from home if necessary (will be updated weekly as required).
  • Cleaning routines and sanitisation are increased in our office and production facility.
  • Staff and guests are encouraged to use hand sanitisers which are made available in high traffic areas e.g. reception, kitchen, meeting rooms.
